As such it’s vital for companies to build a culture where people are enthusiastic about the enhanced capabilities that new technologies introduce if a business is going to achieve success. 

In order to embrace this, companies have to identify what drives progress and make the most of the changes it brings: new opportunities for growth and revenue streams/cost reductions. Getting that balance right can be tricky, since as well as new technologies and ways of working being introduced there is also plenty of risk. It’s important for companies to change fast, but not too fast! Sometimes it may seem like moving too slowly could put you behind your competitors, but sometimes having more time to think everything through could help prevent errors and enable more sustainable long-term solutions.
